At the beginning of the academic year, students vote for a delegation up to a maximum of 5 members for each residence through elections based on democratic nature. 

As provided for in University Halls Internal Regulation (art.15), students' representatives have advisory and linkage role between students staying in the halls of residence and the administrative body in order to discuss the community’s issues.
