Designed for all students of the universities in Piedmont, available and downloadable free of charge from Play Store and App Store and AppGallery (HUAWEI)

How to access the App

The following steps are required for access to the canteens:
APP download and activation

• Download the App from the Apple (for iOS), Google Play (for Android) and AppGallery (HUAWEI) stores;
• Enter the reserved area of the On Line counter of the EDISU portal to associate the App to your mobile device;
• Click at the top right on "Catering Portal".
• If you are a student who has already downloaded the previous App (therefore already present in the
• EDISU systems), if you are a scholarship holder or otherwise with preferential rates or an international student
• (Erasmus) you can click on "App Association" and immediately afterwards on "Canteen App Association";
• If you are a student or student without concessions or a university lecturer or if you are a member of the university staff or of Edisu Piemonte or if you are another person authorised in accordance with article 1 of the Canteen Regulations, click on "Canteen other users" to register. Only then associate your device as indicated in the previous point;
• Click on "Generate QR Code" and scan it with your smartphone to activate the App;
• Open the App and choose a 5-digit PIN. This procedure is only valid for the first access, afterwards you only need to enter your PIN or use automatic (biometric) recognition;

Refill e-purse

• Click on "Reload e-purse".
• Click on "Canteen purse".
• You will be able to top up your purse through the UNICREDIT channel (without paying commissions)

Ps: The "PagoPA" and "Check purse balance" top-up functions will be active soon.
You are now ready to go to the canteen and eat your meal. Just open the App, go to the till and, using the Canteen Card function, generate the QR Code to show to the operator/operator.

App to book your seat in EDISU study rooms

Available online on Play Store, App Store and AppGallery (HUAWEI)

How to access the app

• Download the “Campus Piemonte ID Studyroom” app from the Apple (for iOS), Google Play (for Android) and AppGallery (HUAWEI) stores; 
• Connect to Edisu Piemonte website (https://www.edisu.piemonte.it/it) and click on the “Online Services” icon at the top right to pair your mobile device;
• Click on the "Scholarships, residence, food services" button
• Enter the reserved area of ​​the Online Help Desk, with your SPID or with the Temporary Access Code (reserved for international students who, not yet residing in Italy, cannot request the SPID. The Code is valid for one year only academic);
• Click on “Food services and study rooms portal” (valid for both the catering app and the app dedicated to study rooms)
• You can proceed immediately with the association of your App
• Click on “Study Room App Association” 
• Click on "Generate association QR code" and point the association QRcode with your smartphone to activate the App;
• Open the App and choose a 5-digit pin; this is your personal pin that you will need to keep carefully. (Don't forget this, otherwise you will have to follow the instructions indicated on the portal to dissociate the mobile device and then recreate it).
