Important notice regarding Complaints, Rankings, and Support Tickets

Please note that the provisional result of the scholarship application will not be updated following the submission of complaints. The provisional rankings reflect the situation verified at the time of their processing.

Complaints do not receive individual replies: they are examined and, if accepted, any changes will be incorporated directly into the definitive rankings, as stated in the notice of competition.

In the event of exclusion due to enrollment-related reasons, if you have already completed your enrollment (or do so within the specified deadline) and the data shown in the ranking are correct, you simply need to wait for the publication of the definitive rankings.
Further checks will be carried out with the University, and the results of these verifications will be reflected in the definitive rankings.

Please check that your tax code (fiscal code) is correct and matches the one registered with the University. Only if it does not match, inform us so that we can make the necessary corrections.

If you have already submitted a complaint, it is neither necessary nor useful to open a ticket to report it. Simply wait for the publication of the definitive rankings, as established by the notice of competition.

Finally, when opening a support ticket, please make sure to submit only one request and wait for a reply.
Opening multiple tickets or sending repeated messages does not speed up response times; on the contrary, it overloads the system and delays the processing of requests for yourself and for other students.
Moreover, each new message updates the ticket’s timestamp, causing it to lose its previously acquired priority.
