About it
This fee is a regional tax of € 103.29 that must be paid by those who, having obtained an academic qualification in one of the universities with a registered office in Piedmont, obtain a licence to practise a profession.
Payment of the tax must always be proven
when the University bestows the qualification
only if requested at the time of registration in the professional register
in certain cases determined by the regulations applied by the region in which the qualification is taken, to register for the State examination.
The payment of the fee must be made through the PagoPA procedure, and made out to: EDISU PIEMONTE Via Madama Cristina 83,10126 Turin.
Who can apply
Refund of the fee may be requested from EDISU in the following cases:
erroneous payment;
double deposit made at different times
Application and refund methods
The request must be forwarded to EDISU via Ticketing indicating in the subject line "Refund of Qualification Fee" and specifying in the text the applicant's details (first name, surname and tax code), the reason for payment (payment not due/double payment), an IBAN in the applicant's name or co-owned by them to which the refund will be made.
The request must be accompanied by:
a copy of the applicant’s valid proof of identity;
a copy of the erroneous payment slip or both slips in the case of double payment of the Qualification Fee.
The refund is made to the IBAN indicated by the applicant within 90 days from the submission of the application.
