Orientation Service

Assisting students throughout their university career.
EDISU Piemonte supports students who choose to go to university, offering tools and services for a peaceful and mindful academic path. In line with Regional Law 16/92 and the Strategic Plan 2025-2029, the organisation offers an informative and supportive orientation, aimed at making people aware of the opportunities that EDISU provides.
 

The incoming orientation facilitates the knowledge and use of EDISU services, offering concrete tools for the university career.

Main activities:

• Meetings in schools and Orientation Salons - Presentation of the right to study and university services.
• Workshops and cultural activities - Workshops, guided tours and initiatives on inclusion, equity and active citizenship.
• Participation in cultural, sporting and social events - Every occasion, such as the International Book Fair, ATP Finals and the International Day of the Heart, becomes a showcase for EDISU's cooperations and services.

Objective: to transform orientation into a lifelong learning process, strengthening students' awareness, sense of belonging and autonomy.

EDISU supports students in their transition to the world of work by promoting concrete training experiences.

Tools and initiatives:

• Curricular and extracurricular traineeships - Collaborations with universities, public entities and companies.
• Part-time collaborations at EDISU Piemonte - Up to 200 hours to contribute to the organisation's activities and develop practical skills.
• Universal Civil Service - Professional experience equivalent to one year's work in the public administration, with a 15% reserve in public competitive exams.

Objective: to facilitate entry into the world of work, consolidate skills and create valuable training and professional opportunities.

EDISU Piemonte does not guide students in terms of choosing a degree but supports students in accessing and progressing through university, providing tools, services and concrete opportunities to build a successful academic and professional career.
