The pre-booked accommodation service offers the opportunity to be hosted at advantageous rates for doctoral students, students enrolled in master's courses, trainees, researchers, university professors, and students who are participating in research activities or cultural or scientific exchange projects promoted by Piedmont universities.

Foreign guests from non-EU countries must have a valid entry visa and residence permit. 

Erasmus students can stay for up to 30 days. 

Rates vary depending on the type of user, residence, and length of stay.

To access the service and find out about the different accommodation options, you need to book online at this link where, after registering, you can proceed with the booking request and the related availability check.

1. Log in to the Online Procedure;
2. Access with SPID (Public digital Identification system) or CIE (Digital ID Card);
3. If you are an international student, without a residence address in Italy, without a SPID or a CIE, you should request an Access Code to submit through the online procedure;
4. Once logged in, please, request your stay.

If you are a guest staying in our residences long or short term, you can host friends and relatives

In our manned university residences you can host your family and friends for short periods (no more than14 days). There is a charge for hospitality. 

Who can apply? Students who have been awarded a place in a residence/guests staying in one of our residences for a long period.

Single rooms are available for guests with disabilities.

Reservation and confirmation

Requests for accommodation are made online, but are not binding until the quote sent by email by the guest services department (foresteria@edisu-piemonte.it) has been signed and returned. Requests are handled Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 13.00 p.m. 

To confirm the booking, guests must email the signed quote. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid ID and, for non-EU guests, a residence permit or visa.

Changes and length of stay

It is possible to request an extension or reduction of the stay, subject to availability and timely notification. No refunds will be given for amounts already paid. The maximum length of stay depends on the type of guest, availability and academic commitment.

Quotation and payment

The quotation includes the total cost of the stay and will be sent by email after availability has been checked. To confirm the booking, it must be returned signed by the date indicated. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Credit card details (Visa or MasterCard) must be provided to guarantee the booking.

Payments vary depending on the length of stay:

Short stays: payment upon check-in.
Long stays: payment upon check-in for the first month; for subsequent months, payment is due by the fifth day of the following month.
 

We accept payments by debit card, credit card (Visa/MasterCard) and bank transfer. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. Tax receipts are always made out to the guest staying at the property. The issuance of invoices must be agreed upon prior to the stay.

Information about the residences

Check-in: from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out: by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
During periods of closure (e.g. August or Christmas holidays), guests will be transferred to other EDISU facilities.
Residence assignments take into account proximity to the university, but this cannot always be guaranteed. If single rooms are not available, a shared double room may be offered at the coherent rate.

When booking, you may indicate two preferred residences. If these are unavailable, an alternative will be offered.

Animals are not allowed in the residences.
