About the grant
It is a cash amount that qualifying students can apply for.
Students who applied for the EDISU scholarship through the notice for allocation of “Scholarships, the accommodation service, and degree award” may NOT apply for the grant.
Recipients
You can only apply if:
- you have a civil disability equal to or greater than 46%, pursuant to Law 118/1972
- you are registered for targeted employment pursuant to Law 68/1999;
- you are enrolled for the current academic year at the universities and in the degree courses indicated in art. 1 of the Notice of competition.
Students who have graduated at the time of application are not eligible to apply.
How to apply
The extraordinary grant application for students with a disability of 46% or more must be completed and submitted exclusively online via the procedure that will be active from May 8, 2026 on your personal online portal page.
Amount
The amount of the grant is determined based on the "student type" and the ISEE (Indicator of Equivalent Economic Situation) universitario/parificato/per Dottorati as indicated in the Notice of Competition.
Deadlines
The application must be submitted by 12 noon on May 27, 2026.
Results
Provisional results will be published in the personal area on the EDISU website from 12 noon on June 10, 2026, and complaints may be submitted within 12 noon on June 16, 2026.
The final results will be published at 12 noon on July 3, 2026.
Disbursement
The grant will be paid in July 2026.
