EDISU Piemonte has drawn up a List of lawyers for representation and defence assignments in legal proceedings, including pursuant to the provisions of art. 1(8) of Decree-Law no. 193 of 22 October 2016, converted with amendments by Law no. 225 of 01/12/16.
How to apply
Applications must be submitted using the Application Form and together with the annexes as provided for in the regulations to the certified email inbox: edisu@cert.edisu.piemonte.it

Technical Professionals Area
As provided for in EDISU Board of Directors resolution no. 25/2018 whereby the regulations for drawing up the List of qualified professionals for technical assignments were updated, EDISU Piemonte draws up the new Register of Technical Professionals.
The List is also produced pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016, "Public Contracts Code", as amended and supplemented, and the Implementing Guidelines Nos. 1 and No. 4 approved by the Council of the National Anti-Corruption Authority.
Professional categories
The list is divided according to the categories and the work IDs listed in art. (7)(1) of the Ministerial Decree of 17/06/2016 and specified in the relevant Table Z-1, with the addition of specialised activities and services for which there are specific mandatory requirements.
The categories will be divided, for the purposes of inclusion in the List, according to the following amount brackets (estimated fee of the services required):

Applications for registration must be sent by certified electronic mail to edisu@cert.edisu.piemonte.it, and must be accompanied by the following documentation, namely:
- application for participation
- professional curriculum vitae
- professional references
Applications received are assessed and included in the list on a quarterly basis. The page is therefore subject to periodic updating.
