About it
Certified Email is a emailing system that grants the sender who possesses a PEC box, digital certification, legally binding, that certifies the dispatch and the delivery of documents.
With the PEC system, the sender can exchange and receive messages and documents with the certainty that their message and any attached documentation have been delivered (or not).
Students, even if they have a personal certified email address, are requested not to write to the institution's certified email addresses, but to communicate solely by opening a ticket. No reply will be given to certified emails received, but students will be invited to open a ticket. Please note, therefore, that the institutional communication channel for students is the ticketing service.
