Statute and Regulations

The Statute defines the organisation's operating rules.

The Disciplinary Code (Arts. 71 and 72 of the CCNL Local Authorities 2019–2021), signed on 16 November 2022, identifies the penalties applicable in case of employee misconduct.

The Code defines the minimum duties of loyalty, impartiality and good behaviour that civil servants are required to observe.
