PagoPA is the standardised national system for electronic payments to the public administrations in Italy. It is not a payment website but a platform that allows citizens and businesses to make payments in a simple, secure and transparent way.

Introduced to make the collection process of public bodies more efficient and uniform, PagoPA has revolutionised the way in which fees, taxes, licences, school fees and any other type of payments owed to the institutions are made.

Through PagoPA it is possible to pay a wide range of fees; for example, residential services or taxes.
