What the contribution is
The contribution is a financial benefit granted as a reimbursement for participation in sports activities organized by recognized sports centres, associations, clubs, or entities located in Piedmont.
The reimbursement is granted up to a maximum of €100.00 per applicant, based on the expenses actually incurred and duly documented.
Who can apply
The contribution may be requested by students who, for the current academic year, are:
- Winners or Eligible for the scholarship, or
- Suspended due to enrolment in a filter semester or Suspended in the December scholarship rankings (in this case, a positive outcome of the reimbursement request is subject to the student subsequently being classified as “winner” or “eligible” in the final rankings).
Applicants must also have taken part in sports activities at sport centres located in Piedmont between 1st September and the application deadline.
How and when to apply
Applications can typically be submitted around March/April. For the exact dates, please refer to the current Call for Applications once available.
To submit the request, applicants must access their personal page on the Online Student Portal using SPID/CIE credentials or the Temporary Access Code (reserved for international students without residence in Italy).
You can read the Call for Application for the academic year 2025/26 here.
Documents to be attached
When completing the online application, students must upload payment receipts issued in their name.
Receipts will be accepted for payments made between 1 September and the application deadline, for activities carried out during the same period.
Failure to submit suitable documentation will result in the request being considered invalid.
For further details, applicants are strongly advised to read Article 4 paragraph 2 of the Call for Applications and the FAQ.
Results and complaints
The results will be published in the student’s personal online page.
Provisional rankings will be published first, providing feedback on eligibility and opening the period for submitting appeals. Final rankings will then be published, incorporating the outcomes of any complaints submitted.
For information on publication dates and deadlines, please refer to Article 5 of the Call for Applications and to the FAQ.
Payments
The contribution is paid in July, provided that the applicant has communicated their IBAN by 30 June.
If the IBAN has already been provided for the scholarship payment, it does not need to be submitted again.
