How to access
Erasmus students are granted to use the canteen service on rate corresponding to Bracket 1.
To access university food service at a discounted rates, incoming international exchange students (Erasmus) do not need to register on our systems to request a temporary code, nor do they need to submit an application. Instead, they must use the login credentials sent by EDISU to the email address provided to us by the university, once the university has forwarded the data to EDISU.
For any further information, every student can contact University's Incoming Office or communicate with EDISU through the ticketing service.
Login - Campus Piemonte ID Meal app
To access the food service, follow these steps:
App download and activation
- Download the app from the Apple (for iOS), Google Play (for Android) and AppGallery (HUAWEI) stores;
- Enter the reserved area of the EDISU Online portal using the access credentials sent by the University (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR THE TEMPORARY CODE) to associate the app with your mobile device;
- Tap on “Portale Ristorazione” [Food service Portal] in the top right-hand corner
- Tap on “Associazione App” [app pairing] and, immediately afterwards, on “Associazione App Mensa” [Food service app pairing];
- Tap on “Genera QR Code” [Generate QR Code] and frame it with your smartphone to activate the app;
- Open the app and choose a 5-digit PIN. This procedure is only valid for the first access; after this, you only need to enter your PIN or use automatic (biometric) recognition;
N.B.: please associate the app at least one hour before its use to ensure that it works. In the event of deletion of the app or replacement of the smartphone, students must proceed with the dissociation and subsequent re-association of the app.
Electronic wallet recharge
- Tap on “Ricarica borsellino elettronico” [electronic wallet recharge]
- Tap on "Ricarica borsellino elettronico (POS VIRTUALE)” [recharge electronic wallet (VIRTUAL POS)] to recharge your wallet using the “UNICREDIT” platform (no fees).
- N.B. the wallet balance is not displayed immediately but after a few hours due to data synchronisation issues.
- Tap on "Ricarica borsellino elettronico (PagoPA)” [electronic wallet recharge (PagoPA)] to recharge your wallet using the “PagoPA” platform (with fees).
- N.B.A, the sums deposited may be credited within 72 hours.
- Tap on “Verifica saldo borsellino” [check wallet balance] to check your app's electronic wallet balance.
At this point, just open the app and, via the Food service Card function, generate the QR Code to show to the operator.
