How do I know the halls of residence availability in the interest period?
In order to know availability of Halls of residence, you have to follow the online procedure. The request of reservation is not binding; EDISU could verify for any availability only after having received your formal request.
Booking Office opening times:
Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
I did not receive the access code within 6 hours. Whom can I contact about this? Do I have to repeat the request?
If you did not receive the access code, first check in your spam folder at the same address that you have used during registration.
