Fees in effect from 22 November 2021
In this page are published daily rates for bed place.
Daily fees for bed place applied from the first night onwards to students (tax charges included):
- Single room 23,00 euros
- Double room 20,00 euros
- Triple room 17,00 euros
Daily fees for bed place applied from the first night onwards to university professors and other users (tax charges included):
- Single room 30,00 euros
- Double room 27,00 euros
- Triple room 24,00 euros
Tourist Tax
The above fees do not include the Tourist Tax.
To these fees it should be added the Tourist Tax rate of 1,80 euros for the first seven consecutive days as tourist tax rate (by city council decision on 27th February 2012 and subsequent modifications and supplements) must be added to these fees.
Tax Payment can be done in cash or by pos at the reception in the Hall of Residence.

- Overnight stay
- Bed linen and towels
- Cleaning and linen change on the third day
- Water, light, heating
- Wi Fi
- Personal hygiene material
Additional services
Services listed below are provided upon guest's request and the payment should be done at the Reception of the residence.

- Additional bed linen and tools (3,00 euros)
- Additional personal hygiene and cleaning materia (1,50 euros)
- Hire crockery kit (30,00 euros)
- Single room cleaning (12,50 euros)
- Apartment cleaning (15,50 euros)
- Double apartment cleaning (24,50 euros - 12,25 euros)
- Double bedroom cleaning (20,50 euros - 10,25 euros per person)
- LAN Cable (2,00 euros)
