Daily rates per bed with weekly cleaning and linen change for the first five nights (tax included):

Daily rates per bed with weekly cleaning and linen change from the sixth night onwards (tax included):
- single room 15,00 €
- double/triple room 13.00 €
- two-room apartment/single flat 21,00 €
- two-room apartment/double flat 19,00 €
Monthly rates (30 days) per bed with weekly cleaning and linen change from the sixth night onwards (tax included):
- single room monthly rate 450,00 €
- double/triple room monthly rate 390,00 €
- two-room apartment/single flat monthly rate 630,00 €
- two-room apartment/double flat monthly rate 570,00 €
Tourist Tax
The above rates do not include tourist tax.
To the indicated rates must be added 2.30 euro for the first 7 consecutive days as tourist tax (ref. Municipal Regulation No. 349).
Fees include:
- Overnight stay
- Weekly cleaning and change of linen
- Bed linen and towels
- Personal hygiene materials
- Water, electricity and heating
- Internet connection
- Use of communal facilities
- Presence of cot in the room free of charge (on request) for children up to the age of 3.
Additional services
The services listed below are provided at the guest's request directly at the reception of the residence and are subject to a charge.
Fees:
- Additional bed linen and towels (3.00 €)
- Additional personal hygiene material (1.50 €)
- Single room cleaning (12,50 €)
- Cleaning of double room (20,50 €)
- Cleaning two-room apartment/apartment with single room (15,50 €)
- Cleaning two-room/apartment with double room (24,50 €)
- Laundry service (2,00 € token)
- Crockery kit for hire (30,00 €)
- LAN cable (2,00 €)
Payments
Payment for the stay, tax and any additional services may only be made by electronic card at the reception of the host establishment.
