I AM ELIGIBLE: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

You have to EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST in an accommodation from 28 September to 3 October 2017 at 12 PM (noon) (check art. 33 par. 2 of the Notice of Competition 17/18).

A table with the number of accommodations rejected or not accepted by winner students, or accepted with options Erasmus Anno or Renato Einaudi, will be published on 28 September 2017 on your personal page of EDISU Online Services.

You can select these options:

1. I am interested;
2. I am not interested;
3. I am interested with option Erasmus Mese;
4. I am interested with option Erasmus Anno;
5. I am interested with option Collegio Renato Einaudi (art. 33 par. 5 of the Notice of Competition)

If you select “I am interested” or “I am interested with option Erasmus Mese”, and after the redistribution an accommodation is available for you, you will be assigned to an accommodation in one of EDISU’s residences. If are eligible after the outcomes of the expression of interest, and you’ll be winner of the scholarship in the definitive classification list of December, you’ll receive the total amount with the value of the accommodation (art. 5 par. 1.2 of the Notice of Competition).

If you select “I am interested with option Erasmus Anno”or “I am interested with option Collegio Renato Einaudi” you have to declare a contract of house rental in order to take, if you win it, a scholarship amount including the monetary value of the accommodation service.

If you select “I am not interested” or you do not fill the expression of interest,  you’ll be considered as a student who renounces and you have to declare a contract of house rental in order to take, if you win it, a scholarship amount including the monetary value of the accommodation service (art. 33 par. 2 .1 “chiamato” “called” letter d and par. 2 “non chiamato” “not called” letter  b.)

After the procedure for the EXPRESSION OF INTEREST is closed, the 5th October will be published on your personal page of Edisu website the OUTCOMES OF THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST, in which available accommodation are distributed.

The expression of interest must be filled out and transmitted exclusively online from today 28th September within 3rd October 2017 at 12:00 PM (noon) (check art. 33 par. 2 of the Notice of Competition 17/18).

When you fill out the EXPRESSION OF INTEREST you have to express your preferences between the residences available in the list.

I AM ELIGIBLE WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

Students who applied for the accommodation service and attend their courses in the municipality without EDISU residences (Alba or Aosta or Asti or Biella or Fossano or Ivrea or Tortona or Verbania) result Eligible without accommodation.

These students do not have to express their interest in an accommodation, but they have to declare a contract of house rental in order to take, if they win it, a scholarship amount including the monetary value of the accommodation service (check art. 8 of the Notice of Competition 17/18).
