As part of the National Days for the Right to University Education, the first meeting of the EDISU Piemonte project will take place “Benessere ad ogni battito”, supported by the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation and organised in collaboration with AICR (Italian Association for Cardiology and Resuscitation).
This initiative forms part of a series of activities aimed at promoting health, wellbeing and safety, which are central themes of the Right to University Education (DSU).

The two-hour session, which will cover both theory and practice, will be led by a multidisciplinary team and will provide guidance on how best to manage emergency situations.
Topics covered:
- First aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques
- Calling 112
- Removing foreign bodies
- Using a defibrillator
Important note:
Attendance at this first session is compulsory in order to be eligible for the following two sessions, which together form the full training course on the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), leading to certification.
