We inform that, pursuant to EDISU Resolution no. 3 of 4 February 2026, which amended the provisions of the Notice of competition for the awarding of Scholarships, Accommodation Services, and Degree award for the academic year 2025/26 with regard to students who attended the filter semester at a non-Piedmontese university, students who attended the filter semester for admission to degree programmes belonging to classes LM-41, LM-46, and LM-42 for the academic year 2025/26 at a non-Piedmontese university, and who complete their enrolment in the degree programme for which the filter semester was attended, or in a related programme, within the deadlines set by the universities and in any case no later than 6 March 2026, or alternatively enrol in an open-admission degree programme by 3 April 2026, may submit an application for a scholarship and, if eligible as non resident students, also for accommodation services, from 6 February 2026 to 6 March 2026 at noon.
The application must be submitted through the online procedure in accordance with the methods set out in Article 7, paragraph 1, of the Notice of competition.
At the time of submission, applicants must enter in the “economic data” section the details of the 2025 University ISEE, issued by 31 December 2025. The certification must be applicable to university services for applicants to the filter semester.
For all information regarding economic eligibility requirements, please refer to Article 6 of the Notice of competition.
EU and non-EU students whose entire family unit resides abroad are required to submit consular documentation in accordance with the provisions of Article 30 of the Notice of competition for the academic year 2025/2026.
Specifically, the obligation to submit certification relating to fiscal year 2023 remains in force for EU students or students holding Italian citizenship, while certification relating to fiscal year 2024 is required for non-EU students.
EU students or students holding Italian citizenship must upload the required documents electronically at the same time as submitting the filter semester application; documentation in the original language must be accompanied by an official translation into Italian and legalization, in accordance with current regulations.
If the documentation is incomplete, the applicant will be required to regularize their position through the online appeal procedure. For further details regarding the procedures for submission and integration of documentation, please refer to Articles 30 and 31 of the Notice of competition.
On the other hand, non-EU students are required to submit the documentation exclusively by postal mail or courier service, with proof of delivery. Following the assessment of the consular documentation, it will be possible to supplement any missing documents—again exclusively by postal submission—within the mandatory deadline set for appeals. Please note that all documents must be submitted in original form and duly translated and legalized in accordance with applicable law.
For any further information regarding the types of required documents, legalization procedures, and evaluation criteria, please refer to Articles 30 and 31 of the above-mentioned Notice of competition for the academic year 2025\2026.
The telematic retrieval of university ISEE certifications through application cooperation will take place on the following dates:
- 13 February 2026 for students who submitted the application for the filter semester by 13 February at noon;
- 24 February 2026 for students who submitted the application for the filter semester after 13 February at noon and by 24 February at noon;
- 6 March 2026 for students who submitted the application for the filter semester after 24 February at noon and by 6 March at noon.
The transmission of the INPS Data Receipt will take place after the telematic retrieval.
The consular documentation must be submitted by 6 March 2026 in order to be included in the provisional rankings, or by 23 March 2026 in order to be included in the final rankings.
RANKING LISTS
Provisional and final ranking lists for both accommodation services and scholarships will be published, in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 5.3, of the Notice of competition, on the dates indicated in the table below.

The outcomes of the provisional ranking lists are as follows:
- eligible: students enrolled in degree programmes in Medicina e Chirurgia, Odontoiatria e Protesi Dentaria e Medicina Veterinaria, or in related programmes, who meet the requirements set out in the Notice of competition; they must wait for the publication of the definitive ranking list;
- excluded: students who do not meet the requirements set out in the Notice of competition or have made material errors when completing the application. If errors can be rectified at the complaint stage, the words “ can be rectified by complaint” will be indicated;
- suspended: students who are enrolled in a “non-related” degree programme will receive a suspended outcome and will be included in the ranking lists to be published on 30 April 2026.
The outcomes of the final ranking lists are as follows:
- winner: students enrolled in degree programmes in Medicina e Chirurgia, Odontoiatria e Protesi Dentaria e Medicina Veterinaria, or in related programmes, who meet the requirements set out in the Notice of competition and are entitled to receive the scholarship;
- eligible: students enrolled in degree programmes in Medicina e Chirurgia, Odontoiatria e Protesi Dentaria e Medicina Veterinaria, or in related programmes, who meet the requirements set out in the Notice of competition but cannot receive the requested benefit due to the exhaustion of available funds;
- excluded: students who do not meet the requirements set out in the Notice of competition or who have failed to rectify material errors in their application through the complaint procedure;
- suspended: students enrolled in a “non-related” degree programme will receive a suspended outcome and will be included in the ranking lists to be published on 30 April 2026.
For the purpose of entitlement to the second installment, students included in this ranking list, if enrolled in the first year of their degree programme, must earn 20 credits by 10 August 2026, in accordance with Article 13 of the Notice of competition. For the maintenance of only the first installment or eligibility status, the credits must instead be earned by 30 November 2026. Failure to comply will result in the scholarship or eligibility being revoked. Otherwise, the scholarship or eligibility will be revoked.
ASSIGNMENT OF ACCOMMODATION SERVICE
Beds still available after the allocation of all waiting-list rankings will be assigned to students who were eligible in the final accommodation ranking lists of 17 April 2026.
SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR THE DECLARATION OF PAID ACCOMMODATION
Pursuant to Article 8, paragraph 2.1, of the Notice of competition, in order to be considered “non-resident” in the final rankings of 17 April 2026, students who have not attended the “filter semester” in Piedmont but continue their course of study by enrolling in the second semester at a Piedmontese university as “non-resident” students, in accordance with Article 4 of this Call for Applications, must hold and declare at least three months of paid accommodation in the academic year 2025/26 in order to be considered “non-resident.”
For these students, the amount of the “non-resident” scholarship will be calculated proportionally to the number of months covered by paid accommodation, provided it is equal to or greater than three months, including any period covered during the filter semester (DM 447/2025).
The duration of the contract at the course location of the Ateneo Piemontese must be at least three months.
The amount will be calculated starting from the commuter (pendolare) rate for the student’s category, according to the following formula:
(Non resident amount – Commuter amount)/ 11 x Number of months covered by the paid rental contract
Declarations must be submitted from 17 March to 31 March 2026 at noon.
The procedures for submitting the paid accommodation declaration are the same as those set out in Article 8, paragraph 2, of the Notice of competition.
PAYMENT OF THE FIRST INSTALLMENT
The payment of the first installment for students who are declared winners in the final ranking list of 17 April is scheduled for the end of April, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 4, of the Notice of competition.
