From 17 September 2025 at noon, the provisional rankings relating to housing service requests for the academic year 2025/26 will be published.
HOW TO CHECK THE RESULTS
Log into the Online service, and in the box “Scholarship, accommodation service, food service” click on the link “elaborated in the ranking list”.
In these ranking lists students can result eligible or excluded.
ELIGIBLE: students who have the requirements; they must check the data and wait for the definitive ranking lists outcome. The ranking list place may vary in the definitive ranking lists due to the submission of complaints by other students.
PAY ATTENTION: in any case, it is not possible to predict if a student can be winner or not in the definitive ranking list.
EXCLUDED: students who do not meet the requirements, who made mistakes while filling out the online application or who must submit further economic documents.
Reason for the exclusion is indicated below the outcome and if the student believes that he/she has the requirements it is mandatory to submit a complaint.
COMPLAINTS
Complaint must be submitted within 22 September 2025 at noon. The complaint procedure is completely online and it is available on the webpage where you visualize the ranking list. Further documents can be directly attached to the complaint procedure.
Complaints must be submitted especially in these cases:
- A material error occurred (cases showed in art.3 of Edisu Notice of competition are considered as an exception);
- An exclusion cause that can be fixed with a complaint;
- ISEE Universitario was not available in INPS database or was not in accordance with the student declarations;
- It is necessary to submit further documents.
If you are an international student who submitted the consular documents remember to check the evaluation outcomes in your personal page.
For EU and Extra EU students who got an evaluation of their consular documents with positive outcome but don’t find the ISEE Parificato calculated for the provisional ranking lists, the value will be elaborated for the definitive ranking list. It is not necessary to submit a formal request of complaint online.
WARNING! Students who are not interested in the accommodation service, must submit the renounce by filling out the appropriate complaint within 22 September at noon.
If they refuse the accommodation after the definitive ranking list, during the “online acceptance”, they will be considered COMMUTER for the purpose of determining the amount of the scholarship.
