Starting from 12:00 PM on April 30, 2026, the definitive rankings for the 2025/26 academic year are available online for students who applied for the benefit as PhD candidates and students enrolled in specialization schools.
HOW TO CHECK THE RESULTS
Log in to the Online Desk (section "Scholarships, accommodation services, food services") and click on the “Check the ranking” option.
In the definitive ranking, there are two possible outcomes:
- Winner: You meet the requirements set out in the call for applications and are entitled to receive the grant
- Excluded: You do not meet the requirements set out in the call for applications and are therefore not entitled to receive the grant.
DISBURSEMENT OF THE SCHOLARSHIP
The scholarship awarded to winning students will be paid in two instalments:
- The first instalment, equal to 50% of the total amount, will be paid starting from the end of May 2026 for students who have provided their IBAN by May 10, 2026;
- The second instalment, equal to the remaining 50% of the total amount, will be paid starting from the end of June 2026.
Please note that disbursement refers to the initiation of the administrative payment procedure. The actual availability of the amount in each student’s bank account will occur during the following month.
