The university residence is located in the historic centre of the city, not far from the university campuses and within walking distance of the railway station. The residence is housed in a complex dating back to the early 19th century, built by the famous Cuneo architect Pio Eula, commissioned by the Bruno Conti family of Samone. The EDISU student office is located inside the building.
