From 12:00 PM on October 22, 2025, the PROVISIONAL rankings for students who have applied for the scholarship for the academic year 2025/26 will be available.
- HOW TO CONSULT THE RESULTS
Log in to your online personal page; in the section "Scholarships, accommodation service, food services", click on the link “Check the ranking”
There are three possible outcomes in these rankings:
- ELIGIBLE: You meet the requirements set out in the notice of competition. Please check that all your data is correct and wait for the publication of the definitive rankings. Note: Your position may change in the definitive ranking due to complaint submitted by other students; it is not possible to predict whether you will be awarded the scholarship in the definitive ranking.
- EXCLUDED: You do not meet the requirements set out in the notice of competition, you have made material errors in completing the application or you are required to submit additional documentation regarding your financial situation. The reason for exclusion is indicated below the result. If you believe you meet the requirements, you must submit a complaint by the deadline specified in the notice of competition, following the procedures outlined in the following “COMPLAINTS” section.
- SUSPENDED FOR “ENROLLMENT IN FILTER SEMESTER”: We verified that you are enrolled in the filter semester. You do not need to submit a complaint, but only check the definitive ranking list of 16 December 2025 and follow the instructions in art. 9 par 3, and art. 12 par. 5.2 and 5.3 of the Notice of Competition.
20% increase for enrollment in a second course
If you have requested the 20% increase for the enrollment in a second course, you will see two results: the first one related to the scholarship application for the first course and the second one related to the request for an increase for the second course declared in your application. Regarding the increase, you may be classified as “eligible” or “excluded,” with an indication of the reason for exclusion. If you deem it appropriate, you have the right to complain within the specified deadlines.
- COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted by the deadlines indicated in Art. 12.6 (first-year students) and 17.6 (subsequent years) of the notice of competition, exclusively using the designated online procedure. Any documents may be attached in PDF format directly to the complaint
For further information, please refer to Art. 7.6 of the notice of competition.
You can submit a COMPLAINT whether you are classified as “ELIGIBLE” or “EXCLUDED”; in the latter case, you must take into account all the reasons for exclusion.
If you do not submit any complaint, it will be understood that you have acknowledged and accepted the outcome of the provisional ranking.
Note: If you are excluded for reasons related to the enrollment, remember that you must enroll by the deadlines indicated in Art. 9.1 of the notice of competition. If you have completed your enrollment or you will be enrolled within 30 November, simply wait for the publication of the definitive rankings
Make sure that your tax code is correct and matches the one registered by the University.
Submit a complaint if you enroll or you are already enrolled in a different University/AFAM institution than the one listed in the rankings
Remember that, in fact, according to art. 12 (first years) and art. 17 (subsequent years) of the notice of competition “After the deadline for the submission of grant applications, before the publication of the provisional grant ranking and in the period between the publication of the provisional and final grant rankings, checks will be carried out with the Universities in order to ascertain the regular enrolment of students (and the merit requirements). The provisional and final scholarship rankings will incorporate the results of these assessments”
If you are an international student who has submitted consular documents, please also check the outcome of their evaluation by clicking on the appropriate entry “Valutazione doc. Consolare”. In case your documents are incomplete or wrong, please refer to the art. 31.3 of the notice of competition.
- DECLARATION OF PAID ACCOMMODATION
If you are a “non-resident” student and you belong to one of the categories indicated in Art. 5 par 1.3 (points 1 to 7) of the notice of competition, in order to be considered for the amount available for that category of students, you must submit a self-certification of paid accommodation as per Art. 8. Please read it carefully.
If you do not provide the self-certification of paid accommodation or if the contract does not comply with the rules, you will compete for the allocation of the “commuter” scholarship.
