Structure
Residenza Olimpia is located along the banks of the Dora River, a short walk from the Luigi Einaudi Campus. It was designed by the famous British architect Norman Foster. The campus is used by the University of Turin's Departments of Law, Political Science, and Environmental, Cultural, and Territorial Economics. It is in a great place, with a big, modern outdoor area with a beach volleyball court, a five-a-side soccer field, and a barbecue area. This makes it a peaceful and pleasant place to learn, play sports, and relax, which is perfect for studying and having fun. Olimpia is the first university residence to get the famous Ecolabel certification. It is a great example of how to be eco-friendly while also being comfortable and having a beautiful natural setting. The residence has four buildings joined together by flower beds, fruit trees, and paved paths with stone benches. There are single and double rooms, as well as single and double two-room apartments with kitchenettes, common areas, a gym, and a meeting room. The EDISU university canteen is located nearby at Lungo Dora Siena 102/B.
