We would like to inform you that given the high number of daily tickets that the assistance service receives in these weeks, it is not possible to guarantee a response within 48 hours.
All tickets will be processed as soon as possible

 

Because of the high number of daily tickets that the dedicated assistance service receives in these weeks, we ask students to open a single ticket referring to problems with the same topic (such as ISEE, ISEE parificato, ISEE remoto,…)

We inform you that starting at 4.00 p.m. today, Wednesday, July 15, 2020, and for the whole day tomorrow, Thursday, July 16, 2020, the ticketing service will NOT be active for updates of the platform.
