CRITERIA FOR THE EVALUATION OF TESTS

The Commission defines the evaluation criteria for the competition tests as follows:

First written test:
- complete treatment of the questions assigned (partial treatment of the topics assigned will result in failure and consequent non-admission to the oral test)
- clarity of presentation
- relevance of the answer
- ability to summarise
- property of language

Second written test
- complete treatment of the assigned questions (partial treatment of the assigned topics will result in failure and consequent non-admission to the oral test)
- clarity of presentation
- relevance of the answer
- ability to summarise
- property of language
- managerial ability

Oral test:
- clarity of presentation
- thoroughness in the exposition of the subject matter
- ability to summarise and accuracy
- managerial ability

During the oral test, the board will ascertain the candidates' knowledge of the English language. In order to ascertain the candidates' ability to use the most commonly used computer applications, the board will examine the candidates during the two written tests, which will be conducted using a defined format, with digital operating instructions, which will be communicated at the time of the tests.

These tests will simply result in a judgement of 'suitability' or 'unfitness' of the candidates, which will not affect the overall mark obtained in the oral test.

The evaluation of all the tests will be expressed by a numerical score without the need for further justification.
