Scholarship definitive ranking lists will be published on 15 December 2020 at 12 o’clock Italian time (noon).
Students with disabilities
On 15 December 2020, starting from 12 o’clock, Italian time (noon), students with disabilities who applied for a scholarship integration can check the outcome in their online personal page (definitive ranking lists’ page).
How to check the outcome
Login to the Online Services and click on the link “Elaborated ranking list” in the box “Scholarship, accommodation service, food service”.
Students may result winner or excluded.
- WINNERS: students meet requirements. First instalment is paid starting from the end of December for students who submitted their IBAN (further information at page 46 et seq. of the international students’ guidelines).
Please note that the payment of the instalment is the deed with which EDISU disposes the provision of the instalment. The sum of money will be available in the students’ bank account or card during the following month, depending on the timing of the credit institutions.
- EXCLUDED: students do not meet the requirements; reasons for the exclusion are stated below the outcome.
PAY ATTENTION!
Assignees of a bed place in EDISU residences, if excluded, must leave their accommodation, due to the loss of requirements, within 3 working days. Also, they’ll have to pay €7,57 per each day spent in the residence. First-years of Master’s degree who are going to enroll by 11 February 2021 are an exception; they will be set in the ranking lists of February 2021.
First-years Extra-EU students with study visa, excluded due to “no visa”, can be set in 15 March rankings if they arrive in Italy and submit the required documents within 28 February 2021 (further information is available in the international students’ guidelines).
Students with disabilities
Students with disabilities who applied for a Scholarship integration can display two outcomes in their personal page of EDISU Online services: one related to the scholarship application and another one related to the integration. The possible outcome is either “winner” or “excluded” either way. Students who are excluded from the scholarship are automatically excluded from the integration.
Ranking list of 18 December 2020 - BONUS CREDITS COVID-19
Students enrolled in successive years, excluded on 15 December only due to the lack of merit requirements, may be included in this scholarship extraordinary ranking list.
This ranking list will be published on 18 December 2020 only if financial funds available. It will include those who, with the addition of 5 Bonus Credits Covid-19 (10 for students enrolled in AFAM – Alta Formazione Artistica Musicale), reach the minimum merit requirements stated by the Notice of Competition 2020/2021 (art. 14 par. 2) and by the international students’ guidelines.
The amount of the scholarship for students winners in this ranking list will be 80% of the due amount, until funds are exhausted.
Students included in the scholarship ranking list of 18 December 2020, already excluded due to the lack of merit requirements in the accommodation service’s definitive ranking list on 21 September, may be hosted in Edisu residences at the end of the scrolling ranking list, only if places available.
Otherwise, they can receive 80% of the amount of the scholarship including the value of the accommodation service, if they submitted the declaration of house rental contract within the terms stated by art. 8 par. 2 of the Notice of Competition or p. 44 of the international students’ guidelines .
Students who are included in the scholarship ranking of 18 December 2020 and who are already hosted in an EDISU residence thanks to a previous assignment can remain there.
Declaration of house rental
EDISU is verifying the possibility of re-opening the declaration of house rental procedure, also for students with contracts which last at least 4 months.
