The final classification lists for the accommodation service 2018/2019 are published from 21 September 2018, at 12:00 (noon).

HOW TO CHECK THE RESULTS

Access to your personal page of EDISU Online Services and, in the box <Scholarship, accommodation service, restaurant service> ("Borse di studio, servizio abitativo, servizio ristorazione") click on “Processed in the classification list” (“Elaborata in graduatoria”).
The accommodation service definitive ranking lists are published on 21 September 2018:
- for students enrolled FIRST YEAR the definitive ranking lists are elaborated as specified on art. 11 par. 1 of EDISU Notice of Competition. The 15% of the accommodations are reserved to Extra-EU students, whose families reside in an Extra-Eu Country, and to students with international protection/stateless student; 
- for students enrolled SUCCESSIVE YEARS and for students enrolled FIRST YEAR Master’s Degree who apply as Benefits confirmation for Merit, the definitive ranking lists are elaborated as specified on art. 16 par. 1 of EDISU Notice of Competition.
Students who attend their courses in municipality with no EDISU residences will result eligible without hall of residence.
Students can result: winner (“Vincitore”), eligible (“Idoneo”), eligible without Hall of Residence (“Idoneo senza residenza”), excluded (“Escluso”).
Students without PIN or USER CODE 2018 can check their outcomes at EDISU Student office.

I AM WINNER: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

If you are winner, you have to accept the accomodation with the appropriate procedure available on your personal page of EDISU Online Services (click on: Scholarship > Accommodation service classification list > Acceptance).
The acceptance must be filled out and transmitted exclusively online from today 21 September within 25 September 2018 at 12:00 (noon) (check art. 33 par. 1 of the Notice of Competition 2018/2019 or pages 28 and 29 of Step by Step).
Students refusing the accommodation during the acceptance phase or failing to transmit the online acceptance within noon (12.00) on the day of expiry, will be considered as “Resident students” in order to determine the scholarship’s amount.
When you fill out the online acceptance, you have to express your preferences between the residences available in the list.
The list of our Halls of Residences is available on the EDISU web site, both for UE and non-EU students.

In case of Erasmus Mese (for periods of stay abroad shorter than 8 months), it will be necessary to indicate the dates related to the period of stay, specifying the date of return: these dates must be comprised between October the 1st 2018 and September the 30th 2019. Periods preceding October the 1st 2018 and following September the 30th 2019 cannot be considered.
 Please note that:

• the period of stay abroad related to a mobility project for the academic year 2019-2020 cannot be considered
• the period communicated to EDISU after 15 June 2019 cannot be considered

In case of Erasmus Anno (for periods of stay abroad longer than 8 months) and Option Renato Einaudi (art. 33 par. 5) the list of EDISU Hall of Residences are not available in the acceptance procedure, since according to art. 33 par. 4.2 and par. 5, it is not possible to be hosted in anyone of EDISU Halls of Residences.
Residence Office will send you a mail within 28 September with further instructions for the assignation of your accommodation.
Accommodations will be assigned according to Delibera n° 67 del 15/09/2017 del Consiglio di Amministrazione dell’EDISU, and according to the kind of student and the kind of room.

I AM ELIGIBLE: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

If you are eligible, you have to express online your interest in an accommodation from 21 September to 25 September 2018 at 12.00  (noon) (check art. 33 par. 2 of the Notice of Competition 17/18).
The available accommodations are divided by university, course level and course location.
You can select these options:

1. I am interested;
2. I am interested with option Erasmus Mese;
3. I am interested with option Erasmus Anno;
4. I am interested with option Collegio Renato Einaudi;
5. I am not interested.

Students refusing the accommodation during the expression of interest phase or failing to transmit the online expression of interest within noon (12.00) on the day of expiry, will be considered as “Resident students” in order to determine the scholarship’s amount.

If you select “I am interested” and “I am interested with option Erasmus Mese”, and after the redistribution an accommodation is available for you, you will be assigned to an accommodation in one of EDISU Halls of Residences.

At the end of the expression of interest, on September 27th 2018, on your personal page of the Sportello Online, the outcome of expression of interest will be published with the various distributions that will be made in case of remaining posts. 
Students who declare their interest in an accommodation but who are not called will be included in the one of three following ranking lists (FIRST YEAR, FIRST YEAR EXTRA-EU with family in a Extra-Eu Country and with international protection/stateless student, SUCCESSIVE YEARS).

I AM ELIGIBLE WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION: WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?

Students who applied for the accommodation service and attend their courses in the municipality without EDISU Halls of Residences (Alba or Aosta or Asti or Biella or Fossano or Ivrea or Tortona or Verbania) result “Eligible without accommodation”.
These students do not have to express their interest in an accommodation, but they have to declare a contract of house rental in order to take, if they win it, a scholarship amount including the monetary value of the accommodation service (check art. 8 of the Notice of Competition 2018/2019 or pages 30 and 31 of Step by Step).

YOU ARE RESULT EXCLUDED

If you have been excluded it means that we have verified the presence of one of the conditions provided for by art. 3 of the notice of competition.
