International Students

In this section, you’ll find detailed information on the documentation that students (both EU and non-EU) must submit if their household has income and/or assets located abroad, either in addition to or exclusively in foreign countries.

Temporary Access Code

The Temporary Access Code is a unique student identification code required for all communications with EDISU Piemonte and to access the Online Services (where you can apply for all EDISU benefits, check the status of your applications, view your ranking in the lists, download receipts and payment certificates, and enter or update your email address or IBAN).

You need the Temporary Access Code to apply for a scholarship and/or other EDISU benefits if you do not yet have a SPID or CIE (Electronic Identity Card) because you do not reside in Italy.

Who Must Request the Temporary Access Code

EU and non-EU international students must request it in advance if they:

  • are arriving in Italy for the first time to enroll at a university in Piedmont;
  • are legally residing in Italy but do not have registered residency and do not yet have a SPID or CIE;

The code is valid for a single academic year; it can be requested starting in July and expires on June 30, 2027.

For questions about the code, please refer to the Notice of competition:

Register and request your code here.
