Student office
- The Turin Office will be closed from 6 to 21 August 2018 (*)
- The Cuneo Office: closed from 6 to 28 August 2018 (*)
- The Alessandria Office: closed from 6 to 27 August 2018 (*)
- The Vercelli Office: closed from 30 July to 24 August 2018 (*)
- The Novara Office: closed from 13 to 17 August and from 7 to 14 September 2018 (*)

- Call center - the service is suspended from 10 to 20 August 2018 (*)

- Politecnico Taberna 1: closes at 3.00 p.m. on Friday 27 July 2018.
- Politecnico Castelfidardo: chloses at 3.00 pm. on Friday 27 July 2018 and reopens at 11,45 a.m. on Monday 3 September 2018.
- Olimpia: closes at 2.30 on Friday 27 July and reopens at 12.00 a.m. on Monday 3 September 2018
- Principe Amedeo: closes at 2.30 on Friday 27 July and reopens at 12.00 a.m. on Wednesday 5 September 2018.
Grugliasco
- Leonardo da Vinci: closes at 2.15 p.m. on Friday 3 August and reopens at 12,00 a.m. on Monday 27 August 2018.
- Villa Claretta: closes at 9,00 p.m. on Friday 27 July and reopens at 7,00 p.m. on Monday 3 September 2018
Alessandria
- Via Parma: closes at 2.00 p.m. on Friday 20 July 2018 and reopens at 12,00 a.m. on Monday 24 September 2018.

Lending books service
The Lending book service will be suspended from Friday 27 July 2018 at 1.00 p.m. it will resume at 8,30 a.m. on Monday 3 September 2018
Hall of Residences
The university residences will close on 31 July and will reopen on 1 September 2018.
The Borsellino (Turin), Villa Claretta (Grugliasco), Olimpia (Turin) and Casa Sappa (Alessandria) university residences will, however, remain open to ensure hospitality for off-the-seat students who have stayed in August.
Ospitality by reservation
The reservation service will be suspended from 6 to 20 August 2018.
The mail ospitalita@edisu-piemonte.it will remain active.
Sports - gym at the Hall of residences
The gyms will be closed from 21 July 2018 to 10 September 2018.
ResidenzAscolta
The ResidenzAscolta service will be suspended from 30 July to 3 September 2018.
Health care information
The service providing information on health care will be closed from 3 August to 2 September 2018 and will resume on 3 September 2018.
