OPENING HOURS TORINO STUDENTS' DESK

From 3rd October 2022 the opening hours of the students’ desks are:
 
MON – TUES - THU from 9:30am until 2:00pm
 
A maximum of 100 students can access the Turin office daily (100 tickets maximum will be issued).
 
In case of a trusted person visiting the office to submit the consular documents on behalf of another student, the trusted person needs to have the authorization letter (proxy letter). All the trusted people must take one number per each single folder to be submitted.

A maximum of 10 numbers per person will be given. The proxy letter must not be inserted in the closed envolope: it must be submitted to the employee together with a copy of the student’s passport and the trusted person’s passport.
