From October the 31th 2018 at 12 o’clock (noon), the provisional classification lists for the scholarship 2018/2019 are published on Online services for students who have requested the benefit.

Disabled students

From October the 31th 2018 at 12 o’clock (noon) disabled students who applied for a scholarship integration relating to their disabilities can check the result in their personal page on Online services of the provisional classification list.

How to check the results

Log into the Online services, and in the box “Scholarship, accommodation service, food service” click on the link “elaborated on the list”.
Students - without PIN, SPID or USER CODE 2018/2019 - can check the outcome at EDISU Student Office.
In this classification lists students may result eligible or excluded. 

• ELIGIBLE: the student possesses the requirements and he has to check the data and to wait for the outcome of the definitive classification lists.
• EXCLUDED: the student does not meet the requirements, made mistakes while filling the application or must submit further economic documentation. He/she musts verify the reason for his/her exclusion and, assuming the requirements are met, it is necessary to submit a complaint against the result of the provisional classification list within the deadline as specified in the section of this web page “COMPLAINTS”. Whenever the student is not going to submit any complaint, the provisional ranking list will be considered as examined and accepted.

Within the personal page of EDISU Online services, students can check also the supposed scholarship amount.

Students can benefit from that amount only if they are “winner” in the defintive classification lists and, for “non resident” students only, if they submit the declaration of house rental (art. 8 of notice of competition/ pp. 30-31 of our step by step guidelines). 

Disabled students - Results

Disabled students who applied for a scholarship integration relating to their disabilities, can find two results in their personal page of EDISU Online services: one about the scholarship application and the other about the integration, in which they can be “eligible” or “excluded”. If they are excluded, they can submit a complaint within the deadline. 

Complaints

Both eligible and excluded students can fill the complaints. Excluded students must consider every exclusion causes. 
COMPLAINTS must be submitted especially according to the following cases:
•    a material error occurred (cases showed in art. 3 of Notice of Competition are considered as an exception);
•    an exclusion cause that can be fixed with a complaint;
•    the merit declared has not been verified with the University or the student did not enroll in the University yet;
•    ISEE Universitario (currently valid, without any omissione/difformità) was not available in INPS database or was not in accordance with the student declarations;
•    it is necessary to submit further documents.
Complaints must be transmitted within November the 21th at 12 o’clock (noon), by using the online procedure. The procedure is available by consulting the result of provisional ranking list. It will be possible to attach any possible document (PDF format only) directly through the procedure dedicated.
In order to fill out the complaint, you are required to check art. 7 paragraph 6 on the Notice of Competition.

Declaration of house rental 

Non-resident students who:

• required only the scholarship
• have applied for scholarships and accommodation service BUT:
  • have eliminated the accommodation service request by September 6, 2018 or have submitted a "waiver of the bed" through a complaint by September 17, 2018
  • were results:
• eligible in the final rankings of accommodation service and subsequently they have been included in the following ranking;
• winners with the “Erasmus Annuale” option in the definitive accommodation service ranking lists;
• winners of accommodation service in the definitive ranking lists but renouncing after the entrance into an accommodation but within 5 December 2018
• excluded from the accommodation service’s definitive ranking list for other reasons which have remedied or will remedy to causal of exclusion about the scholarship

From 31 October 2018 at 12.00 on 5 December 2018 they are required to fill in online the DECLARATION OF HOUSE RENTAL in order to receive, in case of scholarship winning, the amount due (pag. 5 of this brochure  https://bit.ly/2NKD3OB).
In the absence of declaration of house rental, students who are in the situations listed above will be receive the amount provided for commuter students. 
Students who do not declare any house rental will receive the commuter scholarship amount. (pag. 4 of this brochure https://bit.ly/2NKD3OB)
Also Extra-EU students whose families reside abroad have to declare the rental agreement.

Definitive ranking list

The definitive ranking list for the scholarship a.y. 2018/2019 is published on December the 13th starting from the 12 o’clock (noon).
