From March the 20th 2023, at noon, the scholarship PROVISIONAL ranking lists a. y. 2023/24 are published for students who have applied for the benefits as:
•    First year of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or Single Cycle Master’s Degree students, suspended for missing enrolment in the 13 December 2023 ranking list, but enorolled within 5 April 2024.
•    Successive years’ students suspended in the ranking list the 13 December 2023 because did not meet the merit requirements because of a pending credit recognition, but who obtain the recognition within 5 April 2024.

 

HOW TO CHECK THE RESULTS
Log into the Online Services and, in the box “Scholarship, accommodation service, food service”, click on “Elaborated ranking list”.
On the scholarship provisional ranking you may result as eligible or excluded.
ELIGIBLE: you meet all notice of competition’s requirements. You have to check the data and wait for definitive ranking list’s outcome.
EXCLUDED: You do not meet notice of competition’s requirements (the reason behind exclusion is available above the result). 

If you think to meet requirements, you have to submit a complaint against the result of the provisional ranking list within the deadline as specified in the section “COMPLAINTS”. 
If you do not submit any complaint, the provisional ranking list will be considered as examined and accepted.

 

COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted only according to the following cases:
 
•    a material error occurred;
•    the enrollment has not been verified with the University;
•    you are not enrolled in a first year of Master’s Degree within 5 April 2024, and you want to change the application in a further semester of Bachelor’s Degree application.

The procedure is available consulting the result of provisional ranking list.

 

HOW TO DO IT
•    Complaints must be transmitted online within 5 April 2024 at 12 o’clock (noon)
•    By online procedure
•    It will be possible to attach any document (PDF format only) relevant to the case, directly through the dedicated procedure
•    In order to fill out the complaint, you are required to check art. 7 paragraph 6 on the Notice of Competition

 

DECLARATION OF HOUSE RENTAL
All scholarship winners, in order to receive the non resident amount of scholarship (art.5 of Edisu Notice of Competition) have to submit the declaration of house rental from 20 March to 23 April 2024 at 12:00 o’clock (noon), following the procedure available on EDISU Online Services personal page.
Students who do not declare any rental agreement will receive the commuter scholarship amount (art.5 of Notice of competition).

DEFINITIVE RANKING LIST
The definitive ranking lists will be published the 30 April 2024 at noon.
