The extraordinary contribution is an economic aid, aimed at students in a disadvantaged situation because the occurrence of a serious negative event (economic loss, health problem, death of a family member etc.) undermines the prosecution of their academic career (check the “Sistema di valutazione degli interventi straordinari per studenti in situazione di particolare disagio a causa di gravi motivi” approved by EDISU’s Board of Administration, administrative act n. 08 of 17/02/2017).
- students enrolled in a bachelor’s degree course, or in a single cycle master’s degree course: from 1st August 2016 to 31st December 2016;
- other students: from 1st December 2015 to 31st December 2016.
Who can apply
- to students who won the 2015/16 scholarship, but did not apply for the 2016/17 scholarship because of the extraordinary event;
- to students who met the merit requirements but did not met the economic requirements for the 2016/17 scholarship application, which now possess the economic requirements because of the loss of 25% of the family income (the student must demonstrate this loss with an “ISEE Corrente”).

How to apply

The application deadline is on 28th April 2017.
The student will be informed about the outcome after 45 days from the application deadline.
The payment is done after 30 days from the communication of the outcome.
