On 9 April 2024 at noon (12:00), the provisional outcomes of the applications for the sport activities registrations refund will be published.

To check the outcome, log in to your online personal page, on the "Refund for Sports Activity Registration" box, click on the "Elaborated ranking list" link.

The outcome may be:

1. Eligible: You qualify for the refund

2. Excluded: You do not qualify for the refund. The reason for the exclusion is clearly stated.

You can submit a complaint via appropriate procedure from 9 to 16 April 2024 at noon (12:00) to correct any error and/ or attach any additional receipt of payments, in any case issued within the deadline for the submission of the application.

Please note: Receipts of payments made after 28 March 2024 will not be accepted.

If you enrolled in a sporting activity held by CUS Torino and you required that the payment is made directly to CUS you will be "excluded due to the missing confirmation of your enrollment by the CUS" as EDISU is waiting for the feedback from it. In this case do not worry: submit a complaint with the receipt/proof of your enrollment.

The definitive outcome will be published on 23 April 2024.
