Daily rates (including tax)
- Single room 20.00 €
- Double/triple room 40,00 /60,00 €
- Two-room apartment/single flat 23,00 €
- Two-room apartment/double flat 42,00 €
Tourist tax rate
The above fees do not include the Tourist Tax.
The Tourist Tax rate of 2,30 euro for the first seven consecutive days as tourist tax rate (by city council decision on 27th February 2012 and subsequent modification and supplements) must be added to these fees.

- Use of communal facilities
- Presence of cot in the room free of charge (on request) for children up to the age of 3.
Additional services
Services listed below are provided upon guest's request and the payment must be done at the Reception of the residence.

- Additional bed linen and towels (3.00 €)
- Additional personal hygiene material (1.50 €)
- Single room cleaning (12,50 €)
- Cleaning of double room (20,50 €)
- Cleaning two-room apartment/apartment with single room (15,50 €)
- Cleaning two-room/apartment with double room (24,50 €)
- Laundry service (2,00 € token)
- Crockery kit for hire (30,00 €)
- LAN cable (2,00 €)
Payments
Payment for the stay, tax and any additional services may only be made by electronic card at the reception of the host establishment.
