What is the usability test?
Usability is the ability of a site to be used by the user in a simple and effective way, allowing him to adequately understand the contents.
The purpose of the test is precisely to verify that our users have access to the information they need and that they can easily use it.
What does the test consist of?
The test will take place indicatively on Tuesday 25 February 2020 and will consist of an observation of how you navigate the website: we will give you some tasks to solve, simulating specific searches for real information.
During the test you will be free to express your comments, we will listen to them with great interest!
In case you had time and pleasure, after the test we could chat a bit, going to reviewing critical points and difficulties encountered.
Don’t worry! You are not under scrutiny, but our site!
How can you partecipate in the test?
Fill out the form that you find attached on this page.
It is in editabile pdf format: save it and forward it by e-mail to the address webredazione@edisu-piemonte.it, with the subject “EDISU web usability test 2019”.
Once we receive the applications, we will evaluate them in order to select a sufficiently representative sample of users of the site.
In the following days we will communicate the result to all those who have given their availability and, to the participants, place and date of the test.
