SELF-DEFENCE:
- every Tuesday at 19.00 from 10 October 2023.
- Cost for EDISU PIEMONTE students: 30 euros cash payment
- First lesson free of charge
PILATES:
- every Thursday at 19.00 from 12 October 2023.
- Cost for EDISU PIEMONTE students: 60 euros
- First lesson free of charge
- ANNUAL COURSE
YOGA:
- every Thursday at 8 p.m. starting 12 October 2023
- Cost for EDISU PIEMONTE students: 60 euro
- First lesson free of charge
Where
The courses will take place in the conference room of the OLIMPIA RESIDENCE (Lungodora Siena 104, Turin)
Registration
- Registration at the sports activities office with payment in cash.

For all courses it is necessary to be in possession of a cus CARD that can be requested on the CUS TORINO website free of charge.
