The 19 October 2023 starting from 12 o’clock Italian time (noon), the PROVISIONAL ranking lists for the scholarship 2023/24 are published for students who have requested the benefit.
HOW TO CHECK THE RESULTS
Log into the Online Services, and in the box “Scholarship, accommodation service, food service” click on the link “elaborated on the list”.
In these ranking lists students can result eligible or excluded.
ELIGIBLE (idoneo): students who have the requirements; they must check the data and wait for the definitive ranking lists outcome. The ranking list place may vary in the definitive ranking lists due to the submission of complaints by other students.
Within student’s personal page a scholarship “estimated amount” is specified, students can benefit from that amount only if they are “winner” in the definitive ranking lists. To run for the non-resident amount students must also submit the declaration of house rental contract (Art. 8 par 2 and pagg 37-38 international students guidelines)
PAY ATTENTION: in any case, it is not possible to predict if a student can be winner or not in the definitive ranking list.
EXCLUDED (escluso): students who do not meet the requirements, who made mistakes while filling out the online application or who must submit further economic documents.
Reason for the exclusion is indicated below the outcome and if the student believes that he/she has the requirements it is mandatory to submit a complaint.
In case of non-submission of a complaint, it is understood that the student has read and accepted the results of the provisional ranking.
20% SCHOLARSHIP INCREASE FOR THE SECOND COURSE
Students who have requested the 20% increase in the scholarship for the second course, by accessing their personal page, will see a double result: the first relating to the scholarship application for the first course and the other relating to the request for an increase for the second course declared in the application. With regard to the increase, they may be "eligible" or "excluded" with an indication of the reason for exclusion and, if they deem it appropriate, they will have the right to submit a complaint within the terms.
COMPLAINTS
Both “eligible” and “excluded” students can submit a complaint. Students who are excluded must consider each reason for the exclusion.
Complaints must be submitted especially in these cases:

A material error occurred (cases showed in art.3 of Edisu Notice of competition are considered as an exception).

An exclusion cause that can be fixed with a complaint.

ISEE Universitario was not available in INPS database or was not in accordance with the student declarations.

It is necessary to submit further documents.

Reason for the exclusion: “not enrolled on declared degree course in Piemonte”: adjustable by enrolling in university within:

31 October 2023 - by paying tuition fees – for students enrolled in a first year of Bachelor’s Degree or Single Cycle Master’s Degree to be listed in the 8 November 2023 definitive ranking list.

30 November 2023 - by paying tuition fees – for students enrolled in a first year of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or Single Cycle Master’s Degree and for successive years students to be listed in the 13 December 2023 definitive ranking list (or within 5 April 2024 to be listed in the 30 April 2024 definitive ranking list).

lack of merit requirements following checks with universities
If you are an international student who submitted the consular documents remember to check the evaluation outcomes in your personal page.
EU and Extra EU students who got a positive assessment of their consular documents but don’t get an ISEE Parificato value on the provisional ranking lists must submit a complaint in the section “Economic data” > “Other economic reasons” specifying the request for an ISEE value. This value will be calculated by CAAF working with EDISU Piemonte and published on the definitive ranking lists.
Complaints must be submitted:

within 31 October 2023 at noon: for students enrolled in a first year of Bachelor’s Degree or Single Cycle Master’s Degree (students who don’t meet the requirements and who are not listed in the 8 November 2023 definitive ranking list can submit again a complaint from 8 November 2023 at noon to 14 November 2023 at noon).

Within 14 November 2023 at noon: for students enrolled in a first year of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or Single Cycle Master’s Degree and for successive years students.
by filling out the online procedure. This procedure is available by checking the result of provisional ranking list. To attach documents (PDF format only) will be possible.
If no complaint is submitted Edisu will consider that the student has accepted the outcome of the provisional ranking list.

DECLARATION OF HOUSE RENTAL
Students in the following situations are required to fill out the online procedure of DECLARATION OF HOUSE RENTAL in order to receive, in case of scholarship winning, the due amount:
- applied for scholarship only
- applied for scholarship and accommodation service but deleted the accommodation service request by 5 September 2023 or submitted a “renounce of accommodation service” through a complaint by 18 September
- resulted:

-
eligible in the definitive ranking list of accommodation service and subsequently they have been included in the scrolling ranking list;
-
winners with “Erasmus” option with a period of at least 8 months in the accommodation service’s definitive ranking list;
-
excluded in the accommodation definitive ranking list for other reasons but who have fixed or will fix the exclusion about the scholarship.

- Students whose course is in a location without Edisu Residence.
The declaration of house rental must be submitted:

from 19 October to 3 November 2023 at noon for students enrolled in a first year of Bachelor’s Degree or Single Cycle Master’s Degree (students who don’t meet the requirements and who are not listed in the 8 November 2023 definitive ranking list, or who result “eligible” – not winner – can submit again the declaration of house rental from 8 November at noon to 23 November at noon).

From 19 October to 23 November 2023 at noon for students enrolled in first year of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or Single Cycle Master’s Degree and for successive years students.
In absence of a declaration of house rental, students who are in the situations listed above will receive the amount provided for commuter students.
Also Extra-EU students whose families reside abroad have to declare the rental house contract.

DEFINITIVE RANKING LIST
The definitive ranking list for the scholarship a.y. 2023/24 will be published on:
-
8 November 2023: students enrolled in a first year of Bachelor’s Degree or Single Cycle Master’s Degree who meet the requirements and enrolled within 31 October 2023.
13 December 2023: students enrolled in a first year of Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or Single Cycle Master’s Degree and for successive years students.
