The EDISU university accommodation service will be closed for holidays from August 10 to 24, 2026 During this period, the online booking procedure will be active, but requests and emails received will be processed starting from August 25, 2026, when the residence hall service will reopen as usual.
Health information service - Suspension during the summer period
The health information service is suspended from 12.00 (noon) on 31 july 2026 and will resume on 31
august 2026.
Therefore the requests for health information sent to info.healthcare@edisu-piemonte.it during the aforementioned suspension period will be answered starting from 31 august 2026.
ResidenzAscolta - suspension answer during the summer period
The activity of responding to service requests sent to the mailbox residenzascolta@edisu-piemonte.it is suspended from 12.00 (noon) on 31 july 2026 and will resume on 31 august 2026. During this period when the response service is suspended, you may contact the ResidenzAscolta service, exclusively for cases requiring urgent psychological support, by emailing sportellomei@allegroitalia.it and always copying residenzascolta@edisu-piemonte.it.
