Re-crediting of the purse
In case of failure to transfer credit from the old smart cards to the APP or from the old version of the APP to the new version, or in case of a recharge error, you can ask for the re-credit of the recharged balance on the electronic purse.
How to do it? Just fill out the appropriate RE-CREDIT FORM, sign it by hand and submit it to EDISU in one of the following ways:
- in-person delivery to the canteen;
- sent in .pdf format, with a copy of your ID, to the email address riaccreditiristorazione@edisu-piemonte.it
The conclusion of the re-accreditation process will be communicated by e-mail and will take place no later than 60 days after the request.
End-of-career reimbursement
In case you were a student who ended your studies in a Piedmont University because:
- graduated (not graduating);
- transferred to non-Piedmont Athenaeum;
- renounced studies;
- participating in an international mobility program (Erasmus) returning to their home university.
You can apply for end-of-career reimbursement.
How to do it? You must fill out and hand-sign the appropriate END-OF-CAREER REIMBURSEMENT FORM in which, in addition to your identifying data, you must specify the conditions for which you are requesting a refund. The form should be sent to the e-mail addressriaccreditiristorazione@edisu-piemonte.it, in .pdf format and accompanied by a copy of your ID.
