Inside the procedure, at the beginning of the section you are about to fill in and next to the different items you will find the "How to" and the "HELP" (for example: type of benefit to be requested, school data, economic and asset data, etc.) which can help you resolve doubts during compilation.

Inside the Ticketing area you will find the FAQ section HELPDESK - online services and application, where you can find answers to the most common problems that may arise during the registration and compilation of the application.
If you have not found the answer you were looking for, you can always open a ticket by selecting the "NO, I want to open a ticket" button. In this way you will receive assistance from a dedicated operator.
User code: which one to use for the question?
Valid are those required only from July 21, 2020 as indicated in the Notice of competition 2020/2021 in which it is explicitly mentioned <<user code 2020/2021>>.
