We inform you that the fault has been resolved and therefore in the Residence Castalia of Novara can again use telephone and Internet services.

Please note that the Residence Castalia of Novara, which is directly connected to the network of the University of Eastern Piedmont (UPO), can not use Internet services and is isolated by telephone due to a failure of the University network.

The University technicians are working on solving the problem.
