Info about housing service: open a ticket!

Starting from 15th October 2021 the mailbox no longer provides the answer to the emails sent to it: for information, reports or requests, you have then to open a ticket using the ticketing service available on  <“housing service” section>.

Those who sent emails to the mailbox before October 15th 2021 and did not receive a response by October 14th 2021, they must proceed with the opening of a ticket in the manner indicated above.
