Data di creazione: 03 November 2020

Below you will find causes of exclusion related to the enrollment process and refinement. If you were “excluded” from the 30 October scholarship provisional ranking lists, you will also find instructions concerning the complaint procedure.

 Successive years

SUCCESSIVE-YEAR STUDENT EXCLUDED FOR “MISSING COMPLETION OF THE ENROLLMENT”:

If you are regularly enrolled at the university (you did not make any change of course or transfer in 2020/21), you must pay the first installment of tuition fees. We will make checks to verify that you enrolled within 30 November in order to process the scholarship definitive ranking lists.

In this case the submission of a complaint is not mandatory, however if you have already submitted one we will manage it.

SUCCESSIVE-YEAR STUDENT EXCLUDED FOR “MISSING COMPLETION OF THE ENROLLMENT” AND YOU ARE MAKING A COURSE CHANGE/TRANSFER:

If you are waiting for the approval of your transfer or of the recognition of credits (due to course change/transfer, foreign career, single courses) we invite you to submit a complaint by filling out the specific field within the section “Merit”.

Completion of the enrollment and credits recognitions must be carried out within 30 November 2020 in order to be part of 15 December/18 December 2020 definitive ranking lists. If you obtain the credits recognition later, but within 11 February 2020, an ad hoc act will be made. The scholarship award is subject to the availability of funds.

SUCCESSIVE-YEAR STUDENT EXCLUDED FOR “MISSING VERIFICATION OF MERIT REQUIREMENTS” AND YOU ARE MAKING A COURSE CHANGE/TRANSFER:

If you are waiting for the approval of your transfer or the recognition of credits (due to course change/transfer, foreign career, single courses) we invite you to submit a complaint by filling out the specific item within the section “Merit”.

Completion of the enrollment and credits recognitions must be carried out within 30 November 2020 in order to be part of 15 December/18 December 2020 definitive ranking lists. If you obtain the credits recognition later, but within 11 February 2020, an ad hoc act will be made. Scholarship award is subject to the availability of funds.

SUCCESSIVE-YEAR STUDENT EXCLUDED FOR “MISSING ENROLLMENT” AND “MISSING VERIFICATION OF MERIT REQUIREMENTS” ENROLLED IN MORE THAN ONE COURSE:

Sometimes it is not possible to extract data from the universities' databases, for example because more than one course is active within the same university.

If you are enrolled in more than one course at the same university (for example PREFIT 24, SSST, for UNITO students) we invite you to submit a complaint in the section "Other reasons" writing which is the additional course you are enrolled in, so that we will make checks with your department to verify your merit requirements.

First years

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT EXCLUDED FOR “MISSING ENROLLMENT”:

If you are a first-year student (bachelor’s, master’s, single cycle master’s degree), you have already paid tuition fees but you were excluded, we invite you to check your personal data (personal details declared to Edisu and the ones declared to the university must match, especially your fiscal code).

If they are correct, we invite you to submit a complaint filling out the section “completion of the enrollment”: enter the student number issued by your university.

Also, if you are enrolled in more than one course at the same university (for example PREFIT 24, SSST, for UNITO students) we invite you to submit a complaint in the section "Other reasons" writing which is the additional course you are enrolled in, so that we will make checks with your department to verify your enrollment.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENT EXCLUDED FOR “MISSING COMPLETION OF THE ENROLLMENT”:

If you still have to end your enrollment process, we invite you to complete all the administrative procedures and to pay the first installment of tuition fees within 30 November 2020. We will make checks to verify that you enrolled within 30 November in order to process the scholarship definitive ranking lists.

In this case the submission of a complaint is not mandatory, however if you have already submitted one we will manage it.

MASTER’S DEGREE FIRST-YEAR STUDENT EXCLUDED FOR “MISSING ENROLLMENT” BECAUSE BACHELOR’S DEGREE HASN’T BEEN ACHIEVED YET OR BECAUSE WAITING FOR ADMISSION TESTS’ RESULTS:

You shall enroll in a master’s degree within 30 November 2020 in order to be part of 15 December definitive ranking lists. But you also have the chance of enrolling within 11 February 2021 and being included in 25 February 2021 ranking lists.

In this case the submission of a complaint is not mandatory, however if you still want to submit a complaint we invite you to fill out the section “completion of the enrollment”: select “Non sono ancora immatricolato ma dichiaro di perfezionare l'iscrizione entro il 30/11/2020” (“I’m still not enrolled but I’m completing the enrollment within 30 November); the student number field can be left empty.

FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS EXCLUDED FOR “MISSING ENROLLMENT” BECAUSE THEY CHANGED UNIVERSITY:

If the reason why you were excluded is “missing enrollment” maybe it’s because you have decided to enroll at a university different from the one you declared in the online application. In this case, we invite you to submit a complaint: in the section “University data” insert the correct information about the university you are going to enroll at.
