The deadline for the formal waiver of accommodation service is the 16th of September 2019 at 12:00 (noon).
In case of refuse: maintain the non-resident status with the self declaration of house rental
The waiver of accommodation service is one of the pre - requisites for presenting the self - declaration of rental contract.
If you complete and submit the waiver of accommodation and the self declaration of house rental within the set deadlines, if you are a scholarship winner you can maintain the amount of the scholarship for non - resident students not applying for accommodation service.
Self declaration of rental contract
The the self - declaration of rental contract is used to access the amount of the scholarship for non - resident students.
If you are a non - resident student, you are not hosted in one of EDISU Hall of residence and you have a contract of house rental (for at least 10 months) in the municipality where your course of study is located (or near that location), remember to fill in and transmit the the self - declaration of rental contract with the online procedure available on your personal page.
In this way, if you win the scholarship 2019/2020, you can receive a scholarship amount equivalent to a non - resident student that does not request the accomodation service. (Article 8 paragraph 1.2 of the Notice of competition).

Refuse the accommodation service?
Students refusing the accommodation service during the “acceptance” phase, or during the “declaration of interest” phase, or failing to fill out and transmit the above-mentioned online procedures, will be considered as resident students for the purpose of the scholarship’s amount.
