Starting from 12:00 PM on April 30, 2025, the definitive rankings for the academic year 2024/25 will be available online for students suspended in the December 16, 2024 rankings.

HOW TO CHECK THE RESULTS
Log in to the Online Desk (section "Scholarships, accommodation services, food services") and click on the “Check the ranking” option.

In the definitive ranking, there are two possible outcomes:

1. Winner: You meet the requirements set out in the call for applications and are entitled to receive the grant
2. Excluded: You do not meet the requirements set out in the call for applications and are therefore not entitled to receive the grant.

DISBURSEMENT OF THE SCHOLARSHIP

The scholarship awarded to winning students will be paid in two instalments:

• The first instalment, equal to 50% of the total amount, will be paid starting from the end of May 2025 for students who have provided their IBAN by May 10, 2025;
• The second instalment, equal to the remaining 50% of the total amount, will be paid according to the provisions set out in Art. 13(4) (first-year students) and Art. 18(1) (students in successive years) of the notice of competition.

Please note that disbursement refers to the initiation of the administrative payment procedure. The actual availability of the amount in each student’s bank account will occur during the following month.
