What is it a quote?

The quote must be considered as an option for the room, which has to be signed and send back to foresteria@edisu-piemonte.it within the deadline.

If you are not more interested in it, please inform us within the same date. Once that the signed quote is received, EDISU will confirm your reservation. 

What happen if you do not sign the quote within the expiration date?

If you do not send back the signed quote before the deadline, the reservation will be cancelled and it cannot be assured availability of the room.

Ones the quote has been accepted, it is possible to change the date of stay before the arrival date? Do I incur to any penalty?

It is possible to change the period before the arrival date without incurring any penalty, by communicating the new period to foresteria@edisu-piemonte.it

Foresteria service will send you a confirmation in case of available rooms, with the new amount.

Which services are included in the accommodation fees?

The fee includes overnight, internet connection, kit crockery, electricity, water and heating.

When do I have to pay the total amount?

For short time stays, the total amount of your stay has to be paid upon arrival in the hall of residence.

For long time stays (more than 30 days), total amount could be divided into monthly payments, that has to be issued within the fifth of each month. Refunds are not possible. The payment for possible extra services required has to be done at the moment of request.

Which are the accepted payment methods?

The accepted payment methods are ATM card, credit card (Visa and MasterCard are those accepted), bank transfer or cash, according with residence availability.

Is it possible address the fiscal receipt to third parties?

No, the fiscal receipt has to be addressed to the guest.

What is the security deposit? Why do I have to produce a credit card number? Why do I have to make a bank transfer of 180 €?

The security deposit is a guaranteed amount in demand of the Hall of residence to cover any damages to residence facilities or furniture.

In case of credit card owner, you can produce credit card details and confirm them at check in time.

The length of stay is paid from the Athenaeum. Do I have to give my credit card details?

When you arrive in the Hall of Residence, we will require your credit card’ number as deposit guarantee to cover any damages (art.6 bis from the Hospitability Guideline).

For this reason, it is compulsory to be owner of a valid credit card (Visa and MasterCard are those accepted).
