Which documents do have I to add to the booking request?

If you are a UE citizen, you have to add the signed self- declaration form, downloadable from the procedure or from our website

If you are a non-UE citizen, you have to add the invitation letter signed by your academic tutor. You have to write down period and reason of staying.

All documents should be sent to EDISU Booking Office through email foresteria@edisu-piemonte.it

or fax number 0039 011 6531161, and to University of Turin to relint@unito.it

I filled in a wrong way my personal data. Whom can I contact about this?

If you made mistakes in data entry, you should communicate that, as soon as you can, to EDISU Booking Office email address foresteria@edisu-piemonte.it

I did not receive the access code within 6 hours. Whom can I contact about this? Do I have to repeat the request?

If you did not receive the access code, first check in your spam folder at the same address that you have used during registration. If you are sure that you did not receive it, please contact EDISU Booking Office at foresteria@edisu-piemonte.it

If you lose your password, go to http://clio.edisu-piemonte.it:8088/MissingPwd.aspx?PW=S and enter you username. You will receive an automatic email containing your password to your email address

If you lose your username, go to http://clio.edisu-piemonte.it:8088/VerificaDati.aspx and fill in your personal data and your password. You will receive an automatic email containing your username.

I am a student; I have already made an online request for both a scholarship and an accommodation service. Can I use my code to request an accommodation facility (one room) in the halls of residence?

 No, you should get another access code through a new registration to book an accommodation reservation.
