Principe Amedeo and Ormea study halls reopen after the summer break

We inform you that the Principe Amedeo and Ormea study halls will reopen to the public on Wednesday 26 August 2020.

Ormea

On the occasion of the autumn exam session, from Wednesday 26 August to Sunday 27 September the Ormea study hall will observe the following extended hours:

from Monday to Friday: 9.00 am - 7.30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9.00 am – 7.30 pm

Principe Amedeo

The Principe Amedeo study hall will continue to be open at the usual times:

from Monday to Friday: 8.30 am – 7.00 pm
Saturday: 8.30 am – 4.30 pm
Sunday: close

 

Access regulation

Access takes place only upon reservation of the place / study (numbered) remotely for fractions of time not less than one hour.

The possible provision of a maximum limit of hours per day for each student can be introduced according to the requests, up to a minimum of four hours per day.

Access is allowed with mask, which each student must procure independently.

It is mandatory to use the sanitizing gel for cleaning hands when entering and leaving the Study Room, as well as every time you enter and leave the toilet.

Upon access, each student must complete a self-certification in which he declares his temperature below 37.5 degrees and not to be positive for COVID-19. 
This declaration, together with the registration of the reservation, will be kept for a period of not less than 15 days.

For the entire opening hours the windows must remain open to allow adequate ventilation of the premises.
